Accordingly, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Limited Exceptions
We may assist in the following cases only:

Duplicate purchase/charge (the same item bought twice by mistake).

Access error caused by us (you were charged but cannot access the content due to our system issue).

A mandatory right to refund applies under applicable law in your jurisdiction.
Note: For digital content supplied immediately, statutory withdrawal rights (e.g., EU/UK 14-day) generally do not apply once you begin accessing the content after consenting to immediate delivery.

If possible we will first restore access. If we cannot reasonably fix the issue, a refund to the original payment method may be approved.
Processing time
Approved refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days; your bank/card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
No physical returns
We do not ship physical goods. There are no returns by mail and no restocking fees.
