Refund and Returns Policy

We sell digital content only. Access is granted instantly after a successful payment.
Accordingly, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Limited Exceptions

We may assist in the following cases only:

  1. Duplicate purchase/charge (the same item bought twice by mistake).

  2. Access error caused by us (you were charged but cannot access the content due to our system issue).

  3. A mandatory right to refund applies under applicable law in your jurisdiction.

Note: For digital content supplied immediately, statutory withdrawal rights (e.g., EU/UK 14-day) generally do not apply once you begin accessing the content after consenting to immediate delivery.

How to request help

Please email us within 7 days of purchase and include:

  • Order number and purchase date

  • The email used at checkout

  • A short description or screenshot of the issue

If possible we will first restore access. If we cannot reasonably fix the issue, a refund to the original payment method may be approved.

Processing time

Approved refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days; your bank/card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

No physical returns

We do not ship physical goods. There are no returns by mail and no restocking fees.
